Today, the forum of Embu das Artes/SP county´s closed Bronzearte and Arla ‘s Judicial Reorganization, which had their reaorganization plans approved in december of 2017 and was sponsored by Mazzucco & Mello Law Office, with the great efforts of the members Vitor Ferrari, Antonio Mazzucco and Rafael Mello.
The companies, contradicting the statistics, showed an effective Reorganization and a big growth in its market shares. That growning was only possible due to the effectivity of its reorganization process and the excellence of its administration, maneged by its member, Mr. Adolfo Ronda Palacio, and its CEO, Mr. Marcello Kolanian .
That is another sucess resulting of the partnership and good performance of our Office.
