Mazzucco&Mello Sociedade de Advogados announces that on January 18, 2023, Electro Plastic, a traditional company operating in the plastics manufacturing sector, successfully concluded the sale of an Isolated Production Unit (UPI) consisting of real estate assets related to expropriations of the old unit industrial in the city of São Paulo.
The sale of UPI represents another stage in the fulfillment of the judicial recovery plan approved on April 30, 2021 and prepared by Mazzucco&Mello Sociedade de Advogados.
Mazzucco&Mello Sociedade de Advogados has been representing EP since April 2017, being responsible for leading the entire recovery process until the approval and beginning of compliance with the plan, as well as assisting the company's administration in all stages of the judicial recovery process aiming the maintenance and growth of the company.
