On February 1, 2021, the Commercial Board of the State of São Paulo (“JUCESP”) launched a new system that allows the use of commercial books in the digital 100% format. Thus, the sending of the book until its authentication by JUCESP will be completely digital.

The delivery of the commercial book for authentication by JUCESP is carried out by Public Translators and Commercial Interpreters (“TPICs”) registered in the State of São Paulo, and the new system came to modernize their work.

Although this new system has been implemented, the use of paper books in the traditional format will continue, if the TPIC are not interested in doing so digitally.

To access the new system, TPICs must go to the JUCESP website (www.jucesp.sp.gov.br), scroll down to the Via Rápida Empresa-Serviços (“VRE-Serviços”) icon at the end of the page, and click on “Request for Authentication of Books”, entering their respective CPF/CNPJ and password to be able to access.
