Lawyer with extensive experience and practice in business law, international corporate law, with expertise in drafting contracts, shareholder agreements and other corporate instruments; in structuring diversified corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, incorporations, spin-offs, joint ventures), including due diligence processes; in the formation of Brazilian and foreign corporations and companies; and in the coordination and execution of financial transaction registrations (RDE/IED and RDE/ROF), including loan capitalization transactions, royalty registration and import capitalization, including the regulation of foreign and Brazilian capital control abroad and in Brazil with the Central Bank of Brazil.
