Marketing Analyst

Job Summary

Planning Marketing Activities

  • Publication of content generated by the firm’s professionals;
  • Administration of the office's networks and social media, monthly planning of publications, organic traffic generation campaigns on networks, preparation and publication of posts;
  • Support for recording and editing videos for the office's social media;
  • Preparation and creation of institutional presentations for the office in PPT, PDF and/or Canva format;
  • Maintenance and updates of the contents of the office's website;
  • Responsible for filling out forms and controlling deadlines related to rankings and legal yearbooks (Chambers, Legal 500, Leaders League, IFLR etc.);
  • Organization of events, lectures and interview programs.

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Completed higher education in an area related to the position (marketing, communication, journalism, advertising and propaganda, etc.);
  • Professional experience in legal marketing in law firms;
  • Professional experience in the activities described in this vacancy;
  • Elaborate communication – written and spoken;
  • Office package, Adobe package (photoshop), Canva and video editing apps;
  • Advanced/Fluent English (desirable).
