· Identify and attract new customers to increase revenue, developing the market and expanding the customer base.

· Conduct service presentations that connect portfolio solutions to customer expectations.
· Organize and track leads at each stage of the pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow in the sales process.
· Keep contact and appointment data up to date in the CRM, recording and organizing lead information and tracking their progress.
· Maintain an active relationship with leads, offering support during the decision-making process and responding quickly and efficiently.
· Prepare service and conversion reports to monitor goals and track sales performance.
Minimum requirements:
· Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Desirable requirements:
· Knowledge and experience in using CRM systems for customer management and sales funnel, preferably RD Station CRM.
· Experience in B2B internal sales, including negotiation and closing of proposals.
· Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques.
· Experience in the legal field and intermediate level of English.

· Experience in active prospecting, including contact and calls with leads to capture new customers and partnerships.
· Experience with consultative sales, focusing on creating tailored solutions for the client.
· Ability to write clear, persuasive messages adapted to the public.
