Senior Professional | Commercial Area

Job Summary

– Support partners in specialized areas in identifying and developing business opportunities, through the dissemination of relevant topics, organization of events and targeted commercial actions;

– Contribute to understanding clients’ needs, working to build valuable legal solutions aligned with their demands;

– Participate in the analysis of the performance of marketing actions, contributing to the optimization of strategies and commercial direction;

– Conduct institutional and commercial presentations, connecting the firm’s legal solutions to the expectations of potential clients;

– Support in the preparation, sending and monitoring of commercial proposals, ensuring clarity, adherence to the client's needs and monitoring until closing;

– Manage the sales funnel, monitoring leads at all stages of the pipeline and promoting an effective and sustainable sales flow;

– Update and maintain the CRM with complete and accurate information about leads, contacts, appointments and interactions;

– Maintain an active relationship with leads and customers, offering agile, efficient and personalized support throughout the entire decision-making process;

– Prepare management reports on commercial performance, focusing on conversion indicators, revenue generation and achievement of goals.

Requirements

– Proficiency in the Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook);

– Excellent oral and written communication;

– Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably RD Station CRM, and its applications for customer management and sales funnel;

– Experience with B2B consultative sales, including negotiation, closing contracts and post-sales follow-up;

– Familiarity with sales techniques, argumentation and strategic negotiation;

– Experience in legal environments or in companies providing professional services;

– Intermediate level English;

– Experience with active and passive prospecting of corporate clients;

– Ability to understand the client’s context and structure tailored legal solutions;

– Ability to write clear, strategic and persuasive commercial messages, adapted to the target audience;

– Effective interpersonal communication, both with customers and internal teams;

– Agility and commitment to respond promptly to leads and commercial requests;

– Focus on results, with guidance on goals and business generation;

– Proactivity, autonomy and ability to act collaboratively;

– Organization, discipline and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously;

– Emotional intelligence and empathy to deal with different customer profiles and challenging situations;

– Continuous improvement mentality, with openness to innovation in commercial processes.

Working model

Hybrid - 3 times a week in person.
