São Paulo Commercial Board suspends activities

The Commercial Board of the State of São Paulo (“JUCESP”) has all its in-person activities suspended from today, March 23, 2020, until April 30.

As a result, only online services such as opening companies electronically (EIRELI, Individual Entrepreneur and Limited Liability Company), requesting certificates, searching for companies and digital copies of documents will be available, all other services, requests and registrations will be suspended until April 30, 2020.

In order to reduce any inconvenience that the decision to close JUCESP's in-person classes may cause, we are available to assist you and answer any questions that may arise during the aforementioned interruption period.
