The Superior Labor Court (TST) released the new table with the updated values of appeal deposits, which will come into effect from August 1, 2024. This update is based on the accumulated variation of the INPC/IBGE in the period from July 2023 to June 2024.

With the changes, the deposit limit for filing an Ordinary Appeal will be R$13,133.46. For Appeals for Review, Embargoes and Appeals in Rescissory Actions, the amount will be R$$ 26,266.92.

The new values were established in Act SEGJUD.GP 366/2024, signed by the president of the TST, Minister Lelio Bentes Corrêa. It is essential that lawyers and parties involved in labor lawsuits are aware of these changes to ensure the correct filing of appeals and avoid procedural losses.
