On July 10, 2025, the Presidency of the Superior Labor Court published Act SEGJUD.GP No. 391/2025, updating the amounts related to appeal deposits provided for in Article 899 of the Consolidation of Labor Laws. The amounts were adjusted based on the accumulated variation of the INPC/IBGE index between July 2024 and June 2025.

With the update, the deposit for filing an Ordinary Appeal will be R$ 13,813.83. For appeals of Review, Embargoes and Appeal in Rescissory Action, the values were set at R$ 27,627.66.

It is worth noting that there was an increase of R$ 680.37 in the deposit amount for ordinary appeals in 2025 and of R$ 1,360.74 in the deposit amount for appeals for Review, Embargoes and Appeal in Rescissory Action.
