The CVM has made it possible to pay inspection fees through the Federal Government's “PagTesouro” system. Thus, in addition to paying the fees through the Federal Collection Guides (GRU), it will also be possible to pay such fees through credit card and PIX.
Pagtesouro is a digital payment processing tool managed by the National Treasury Secretariat (STN). The tool allows for greater agility, security and practicality in the payment of fees, such as: court costs, passport issuance, public property rentals, administrative and educational services, as well as fines.
Taxpayers of the Inspection Fee are legal entities or individuals that are part of the securities distribution system, as dictated by Law 7,940/89, namely:
- Publicly Traded Companies;
- Brokers;
- Investment Banks;
- Distributors;
- Multiple Banks with Investment Portfolio;
- Stock Exchanges;
- Electronic Participatory Investment Platforms;
- Investment Funds;
- Non-Resident Investors;
- Securities Portfolio Managers (individuals and legal entities);
- Securities Custodians;
- Securities Registrars;
- Securities Consultants (individuals and legal entities);
- Autonomous Investment Agents (individuals and legal entities);
- Independent Auditors (individuals and legal entities), and
