The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (“CVM”), through the Superintendence of Supervision of Corporate Relations (“SEP”), published Circular Letter CVM/SEP 4/2022, to inform publicly-held and foreign companies about the continuity of the migration process of the registration and reference forms used in the Empresas.Net system to the web platform.

According to CVM, as of September 1, 2022, it became possible to use FRe Online, available in the Empresas.Net System, to evaluate the experience of the new system. The objective is to obtain suggestions for improvements from companies, and it is not possible to deliver FRe in this new structure, which will only become mandatory as of January 1, 2023.
To use the new version, companies can access the link https://www.rad.cvm.gov.br/ENET menu “Submitting documents”.

This measure represents an evolution of the system, which will no longer use the application that was installed on computers, and will instead use an exclusively online version.
