Mazzucco&Mello Sociedade de Advogados hereby announces that on January 18, 2023, Electro Plastic, a traditional company operating in the plastics manufacturing sector, successfully concluded the sale of an Isolated Production Unit (UPI) consisting of real estate assets related to expropriations of the former industrial unit in the city of São Paulo.  

The sale of UPI represents another step towards fulfilling the judicial recovery plan approved on April 30, 2021 and prepared by Mazzucco&Mello Sociedade de Advogados.

Mazzucco&Mello Sociedade de Advogados has been representing EP since April 2017, being responsible for leading the entire recovery process until the approval and start of compliance with the plan, as well as assisting the company's management in all stages of the judicial recovery process aiming at the maintenance and growth of the company.
