Inspection Procedure and Initial Diagnosis

Following a complaint filed with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), which in turn initiated an inspection procedure, we implemented a labor compliance program for a client in the chemical sector.

Process Review and Compliance with NR-1

The project included reviewing internal processes and company policies, creating a whistleblowing channel, and making adjustments to comply with NR-1.

Leadership Training and Culture Consolidation

Additionally, we conducted a series of internal training sessions for leadership and other employees, with the goal of consolidating the program.

Technical Basis and Liability Resolution

The implemented compliance policy served as the basis for the Ministry of Labor's decision to close the inspection procedure.
