Ana Carolina is an 8th semester (4th year) law student who is developing her education with a focus on practical application and in-depth technical knowledge of the main areas of law.
Her first professional experience was in 2024, during the Lollapalooza festival, where she worked on a temporary legal project focused on organizing the event. At that time, she dealt with issues related to Consumer Law and Labor Law, being responsible for document control for employee registration, managing documentation required for staff accreditation, liaising with suppliers of the event's official sponsor, and organizing documents necessary for potential audits, including image release agreements and employee time tracking.
Later, she joined the team at Marques & Oliveira Advogados, where she remained for approximately one year and four months. During this period, she acquired solid experience in procedural routines, initially working on drafting legal opinions and monitoring extrajudicial demands, focusing on the consensual resolution of conflicts. As her activities evolved, she began to follow all stages of the judicial process and to prepare procedural documents, developing technical knowledge about the structure and progress of judicial demands.
Subsequently, she joined Mendes Barreto Advogados, remaining for 11 months in the area of Mass Litigation in Consumer Law. This experience contributed to the improvement of her legal writing and procedural skills, participating in the drafting of more complex documents, such as defenses, appeals, summary appeals, counter-arguments, and motions for clarification, among other submissions before Civil Courts and Special Courts.
In addition to practical experience, she has supplementary training in English, with six years of study, demonstrating an intermediate level of proficiency, with the ability to communicate orally and understand technical and academic content in English.
