International corporate law, with experience in drafting contracts, shareholder agreements and other corporate instruments; (ii) in structuring diversified corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, incorporations, spin-offs, joint ventures), including due diligence processes; (iii) in the formation of Brazilian and foreign corporations and companies; and (iv) in the coordination and execution of financial transaction registrations (rde/ied and rde/rof), including loan capitalization transactions, royalty registration and import capitalization, including the regulation of foreign and Brazilian capital control abroad and in Brazil with the Central Bank of Brazil.
