• Prepare and review petitions in civil litigation actions.
• Assist in conducting judicial recovery and bankruptcy processes, including drafting documents, monitoring publications, analyzing credits and liaising with judicial administrators.
• Produce procedural reports and brief opinions for discussion.
• Conduct case law and legislative research focused on defense and collection strategies.
• Participate in hearings and meetings with clients under the supervision of senior lawyers.
• Active registration with the OAB.
• Fluent English.
• Practical experience in drafting initial petitions, responses and appeals in civil matters.
