Position

Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

  • Perform daily administrative tasks, such as document organization (ADM and HR), archiving and schedule control;
  • Direct support for coordination in matters with third-party service providers, such as IT companies, accounting (DP) and others;
  • Support in the preparation and control of spreadsheets and administrative reports;
  • Act in the recruitment and selection process, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and following up on candidates;
  • Assist in admission, dismissal and vacation processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations;
  • Assist in electronic timekeeping and payroll routines and benefit requests;
  • Provide support in employee training and development activities;
  • Act as a support point for company employees in matters related to Human Resources;
  • Welcome new employees, organizing equipment and tools;
  • Organization of documentation and guidance to the team regarding archiving standards – confidentiality and preservation of materials;
  • Support in internal and external events;
  • Telephone answering, receiving mail, requesting a motorcycle courier and receiving customers;
  • Support in facilities, purchase of material, office maintenance, service provision calls, budgets;
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and deadlines;
  • Support for members.

Requirements

  • Completed or ongoing higher education in the areas of Administration, Human Resources Management or related areas;
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant in environments involving human resources;
  • Experience in recruitment and selection routines, time and payroll control, benefits management and admission/dismissal and employee support;
  • Office package;
  • English will be considered an advantage.

Working model

Hybrid work model - 3 days in person and 2 days home office.
