However, the property was confiscated by the courts and transferred to the federal government because the previous owner was arrested for drug trafficking. To explain the case, our partner, Vitor Antony Ferrari, gave an interview, emphasizing that real estate ownership will only be transferred with the registration in the land registry, because without it, the family will not have security.
