Government published on its website[1] the decision to extend until April 1st the deadline for companies to start entering information on final convictions or agreements resulting from actions that are being processed in the Labor Court into e-Social.
According to government information, the normative instruction that regulates the replacement of the normative GIFIP by DCTFWEB will be changed by the Federal Revenue Service to define that the information will only be mandatory from April 2023, when, according to the news, “The web module for labor process events will also be made available on 04/01/2023.”
