Beatriz has experience as a lawyer in the areas of capital markets, project finance, finance and banking. She has worked on domestic transactions involving financing, securitization, project finance, formation and capitalization of investment funds and other vehicles and debt securities, including credit rights funds (FIDC), real estate investment funds (FII), private equity funds (FIP), issuance and offering of commercial papers, promissory notes, debentures and certificates of receivables (CRI, CRA and CR); representing financial institutions, structurers, managers, investors and borrowers.
Co-author of the article “Technological Innovations in the Capital Market – Tokenized Debenture Issuances”, awarded in an internal scientific article competition and published in an e-book available on the internet.
Graduated in Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University.
