Advised clients on transactions such as the privatization of a gas distribution company, auctions of concessions for the exploration of GSM cellular telephony, sale of control of telecommunications companies, acquisition of controlling interest in highway, pharmaceutical and automotive concessionaires, among others, judicial recoveries, debt renegotiations and sales of strategic assets in insolvency proceedings.

Before founding Mazzucco&Mello Sociedade de Advogados, Mazzucco was a partner in other renowned law firms and worked as an associate at the Brosio Casati law firm in Milan, Italy.
