Lawyer representing and advising clients in structured transactions involving investment funds; debt securities issuances; syndicated and debt restructuring transactions; and coordination of public and private securities offerings.

Acting in the representation of companies in national and international operations, including in the scope of legal advice in debt restructuring operations in the port; telecommunications; hydroelectric; and sugar and alcohol areas, as well as in the structuring of structured investment funds and acquisition and management of the respective assets, being responsible for the management of the respective portfolios.

He also worked on the negotiation and implementation of merger and acquisition operations in various sectors of the Brazilian industrial market, providing legal advice to financial institutions, lead coordinators, debtors and other participants involved.
