The New Brazilian Compliance Rules and Standards, Operation Lava-Jato and the Restructuring of the Civil Construction Sector

The partners of Mazzucco & Mello Advogados have published an article in the first edition of the INSOL newsletter for Latin America. INSOL International is a global association that brings together professionals dedicated to topics such as corporate restructuring and corporate insolvency, and is now launching a communication channel specifically dedicated to the business environment in Latin America.

The article, written by Antônio Mazzucco, Christian Rosa and Victor Ferrari, deals with the crisis of Brazilian companies in the construction sector in the face of the paradigmatic change imposed by the new Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law and new parameters of corporate compliance.
