We provide legal support in all phases of infrastructure projects, with a focus on the energy, oil and gas, mining, transportation, sanitation, ports, airports, railways and logistics sectors. We have participated in important national projects and tenders, such as the modeling of the country's first private oil refinery and the structuring of the second largest refining company.
The firm also contributed to the development of the Poupa Tempo Project of the State of São Paulo, restructuring the management entity and proposing procedures for the efficiency of public activities.
