The Infrastructure and Regulatory practice is based on legal assistance in all segments of infrastructure project development.
This includes the preparation and negotiation of all contracts involving the project, including Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contracts (EPCs) and alliance agreements, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM), turn-key, built-to-suit, construction management, joint venture, subcontracts, architectural and engineering contracts and supply contracts. In addition, the legal assistance offered to our clients involves all phases of infrastructure projects, highlighting energy, oil and gas, mining, transportation, sanitation, ports, airports, railways and logistics.
Mazzucco & Mello has worked on major projects and tenders carried out in the country in recent years, by the Union, States or Municipalities and participated in the modeling of projects, such as the first private oil refinery in the country, as well as in the second largest oil refining company in the country.
The office also has experience in developing the Poupa Tempo Project of the State of São Paulo, reorganizing and restructuring the entities that administer it, with the proposal of procedures for the efficient execution of public activities by this entity.
