IN 1,950/2020 was published in the Official Gazette of the Union (“DOU”) this Wednesday, May 13, 2020, through which the RFB determined the extension, on an exceptional basis, of the deadline for submitting the Digital Accounting Records (“ECD”) for the calendar year 2019, to the last business day of July 2020, in this case, 07/31/2020 (Friday), including in cases of extinction, incorporation, merger and total or partial division of a legal entity.
