PGFN extends deadline for joining the transaction for collecting the Union's Active Debt

By means of Notice No. 1/2020, the National Treasury Attorney General's Office extended the deadline for 25/03/2020 the deadline previously established by Notice No. 1/2019 for eligible individuals and legal entities to formalize their adherence to the transaction proposal formulated by the agency to settle their Federal debts, within the criteria established in the first Notice and in PGFN Ordinance No. 11,956/2019.

The accession is not mandatory and must be formalized through the Regularize Portal (https://www.regularize.pgfn.gov.br/), and the “Debt Negotiation” service must be selected.

Do you have debts registered as active debt with a value of up to R$15 million and do not know if you have been summoned?
