She has participated in acquisition and post-acquisition processes involving companies in the technology, education, e-commerce, and digital innovation sectors, working on corporate structuring, negotiating strategic contracts, and overseeing post-deal legal integration.
In the capital markets and infrastructure sectors, she has participated in the structuring and offering of investment funds, as well as in debt securities issuances by financial institutions and the incorporation of securities brokerage firms. She has experience in regulatory structuring and the development of financial products, with expertise in fiduciary management, investment clubs, governance, and engagement with regulators.
She also provided support for regulatory filings with the CVM, the Central Bank of Brazil, and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In the field of Legal Operations, she led projects focused on legal efficiency and automation, including the implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and the reorganization of contractual workflows within corporate groups. She also worked on structuring payment methods and the international expansion of corporate groups in Latin America, Europe, and the United States, including projects in Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Portugal, as well as the formation of corporate structures in Delaware and Texas.
